EQUIPMENT TUNE-UP

Proper configuration of your sound system, especially if it is a newer DIGITAL console is an absolute MUST. Effective acoustic treatment, can make a world of difference. An EQUIPMENT Tune-Up
could be just what you need to correct these
problems. We’ll use the industry standard RTA system to balance your Speakers for even sound coverage AND/OR re-establish the gain structure or EQ on your Mixing Console. While we are there we will evaluate
the acoustics of your facility, check connections in your system and make
necessary repairs, and then carefully adjust your equipment settings to
maximize your system’s performance for both speech and music.
We offer two versions of our EQUIPMENT TUNE UP service to help you exactly where you need it most.
1) Speaker System Tune-Up or
2) Mixing Console Tune-Up for $400, or both services together for $750.

The TUNE-UP is intended to resolve:
- Unnatural sound or unintelligible speech
- Echoes and unpleasant reverberation
- Continuing problems with feedback, distortion, static and dropouts
- Uneven gain structures, extreme EQ adjustments, or disproportionate channel settings on your mixer
Our EQUIPMENT TUNE-UP includes:
- Initial assessment of your current configuration
- On-site analysis of your facility’s acoustics and loudspeaker response and/or mixing system problems
- A professional, experienced technician for up to 4 hours of on-site troubleshooting and repair to include line checks, cable integrity, mixer/processor/speaker settings and wireless microphone programming (up to 6 hours if both services are chosen and if needed. Most of the time, the full tune up will not take 6 hours.)
- If necessary, we will recommend:
- effective, affordable and aesthetically-appealing treatment materials to correct inherent acoustical problems
- Speaker or DSP upgrades – we have several professional models to choose from.
