These services help you maintain your existing systems. Each of these affordable flat-rate services includes a phone consultation and an on-site meeting with our technicians.

SERVICE CHECK - $250*
Our popular SERVICE CHECK is for those annoying problems you just cannot seem to solve. If you’re having problems with your existing system, we can help.
Common Problems:
These issues interfere with the flow of your services. Our experienced technicians will come to your campus or church, run tests, and problem solve. We will fix as much as possible during the SERVICE CHECK. If we cannot fix the problem, we will propose a plan for a solution.
Our Service Check evaluation includes:
*If your church or school is outside a 50 mile radius of the Houston loop, there will be a small service charge for drive time/distance
Our popular SERVICE CHECK is for those annoying problems you just cannot seem to solve. If you’re having problems with your existing system, we can help.
Common Problems:
- Feedback and noise through the Sound system
- Drop-outs
- Poor sound quality
- Bars or poor picture quality in your Projection System
These issues interfere with the flow of your services. Our experienced technicians will come to your campus or church, run tests, and problem solve. We will fix as much as possible during the SERVICE CHECK. If we cannot fix the problem, we will propose a plan for a solution.
Our Service Check evaluation includes:
- Assessment to determine potential issues
- One hour of on-site troubleshooting by an experienced PGF technician.
- In many cases, on-the-spot correction of common problems
- If additional services are necessary, you will receive a clear diagnosis along with an estimate for correction on a subsequent service call. $50 of the SERVICE CHECK fee will be applied to any additional charges.
